In all Therapeutic Intentional Tummy Time Session classes you will be guided through neuro-developmental movement sequences that promote milestone progression, and give you the awareness you need to help your infant to progress physically and cognitively through their first year of life.

You will feel empowered by the information and you will walk away with practical  play and connection based movement activities that will build on your baby's current stage of development, while encouraging greater reciprocal attunement.
